Can I participate in a trial session?

Of course! Although it is free, this first session is fundamental because it allows us to get to know each other and ensure good coaching collaboration together.

How can you be sure that I am THE coach for you?

I want to say: above all a question of feeling!
I am convinced that you already know if I am the right person to accompany you or not (and I am open to both possibilities :) ).
If you feel an openness or desire to collaborate together, then perfect, let's get started.
If on the contrary you do not feel this calling, no problem, I hope you find the right coach for you.

What is mindfulness coaching?

Mindfulness is "a state of awareness that results from paying attention, intentionally, in the present moment, without judgment, to the unfolding experience moment by moment" (Kabat-Zinn, 2003).

Its practice allows us to free ourselves from our automatic mechanisms which are often the source of discomfort.

I therefore use this practice by combining powerful classic coaching tools.

I feel like I want to get started but I'm afraid of getting started and not getting results.

Rest assured, this fear is legitimate and you are not the only one to feel it!
This fear is linked to the unknown of the path you are about to take and it probably also reflects a lack of confidence in yourself and in life.
I have accompanied a good number of people who were afraid to take the plunge even though the desire to change was just as present. And they decided not to listen to their fears and they did not regret it.
However this decision is yours and the only question is "How open are you to change"?
